The Irish Wolfhound Cocktail
1 oz of Jameson's Irish Whiskey
3/4 oz. of Dark Crème de Cacao
1/2 oz. Half & Half
splash of club soda
Stir ingredients with ice and serve over ice.

If you do not have all the ingredients, just drink the whiskey. I have no clue as to why this drink is called an Irish Wolfhound, but welcome suggestions.
