Attention all Irish Wolfhound owners
We are happy to announce that the IWSOI is
sponsoring the Irish Wolfhounds at the Scottish Terrier Club of
Ireland All Breed Open Show with a cup for Best of Breed, kindly
donated by Hilary Gilmor in memory of her late husband David,
rosettes from first to fourth in each class, and special rosettes
for Best Puppy and Best of Breed.
We will also have a special parade for companion dogs which may be
entered on the day. A special rosette will be awarded for ‘Best
Companion’. This parade is meant to give all our novice members and
their hounds who have never been to a show before, a chance to get a
feeling for being in the ring and showing their hounds to a judge
without the pressure of having to compete against the more
experienced exhibitors. Please make a note of the date and support
the entry at this show. You will have a pleasant day out with your
hounds!
